Certification Course in Research Methodology in Food Science & Nutrition

This course provides understanding of basic research concepts along with its various methodologies, identification of appropriate research topics, selection and defining appropriate research problem, parameter selection and project preparation. Students are first made to go through a case study similar to their final project proposal and learn basics of project organization and conduction of research in a systematic and methodological way. The course also covers appropriate statistical analysis techniques as a component of data analytics.  For arriving at accurate conclusions, data collection and analysis skills are also reinforced.
