Week 4: Teacher focused intervention in Schools Psychology, Basic Principles and application, Appointment criterion, Training & Development of Teachers

Week 5: Role of Students’ Families in their school performance, Family Development Programs, Motivational Strategies

Week 6: Organizational Development of Educational Institution, Developing visionary school systems, Designing road map and role map to achieve result-oriented institutional culture, Role of Administrator

Week 7 & 8: Practice & Exercises

  1. Learn the Basic knowledge of School Psychology, its theories & principles
  2. Learn the Application of School Psychology to understand the students and basic principles of grooming focusing their physical & mental development
  3. Learn the effectiveness of Psychological Assessments for students and teachers
  4. Learn the Capacity-building strategies for teachers and designing systematic and visionary trainings
  5. Learn principles and application of organizational development for school set up
  • Understand the Application of School Psychology principles to real school set up
  • Understand how systematically designed curriculums and goal-oriented developed and trained teachers can play an effective role in the life enrichment of students
  • Understand the essentials of Students’ physical and mental growth issues and their relevance to their school performance
  • Understand the role of family support and training in students’ grooming and performance

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Bachelor Degree in any discipline with teaching experience in school.
