Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences
Dr Qaisar Raza is currently working as Assistant Professor of Nutritional Sciences at Nur International University. He received his PhD in Public Health Nutrition from Free University Amsterdam, Masters in Public Health Nutrition from Maastricht University, M.Phil in Food and Nutrition from Agriculture University Faisalabad and Bachelors in Agriculture with specialization in Food and Nutrition from University of Agriculture, Faisalabad. Before joining NIU he has been working as a faculty member at the University of Amsterdam for the past two years. He has published extensively in various well reputed International journals. In addition he has also presented his work at various National as well as International conferences. His areas of expertise include Food, Nutrition, Public Health, Community Medicine, Research Methods and Statistical Analysis.

The data from the Amsterdam municipality and other ethnic groups were used to compare the general health status of immigrant Pakistanis with the local Dutch population and other ethnic groups living in The Netherlands.
