ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Undergraduate Programs
Applicants who have successfully completed one of the following:
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with at least 60% marks.
- O levels (in at least 6 subjects) and A levels (with 3 subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry)
Applicants who have successfully completed one of the following:
- 12 Years or Equivalent Education – At least 50% Marks
- O levels (in at least 6 subjects) and A levels (with 3 subjects)
Applicants who have successfully completed one of the following:
- 12 years of education with at least 50% marks and background in Chemistry and Biology.
- O levels (in at least 6 subjects) and A levels (with 3 subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry)
Those who have completed FA/F.Sc./ICS/I.COM with minimum 50% marks
OR
“A levels” in at least 3 principal subjects with at least 2 B’s and 1 C grade
OR
Any other equivalent qualification (minimum acceptable scores) will be determined by the Admissions Committee.
Applicants who have successfully completed one of the following:

- 12 years of education with background in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or Lab Technology with a minimum of 50% marks.

Applicants who have successfully completed one of the following:
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with at least 50% marks.
- O levels (in at least 6 subjects) and A levels (with 3 subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry)
Applicants who have successfully completed one of the following:
- F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with at least 50% marks.
- O levels (in at least 6 subjects) and A levels (with 3 subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry)
Postgraduate Programs
Candidate having background in:
- BS/B.Sc. Hons. Nutritional Sciences
- BS/B.Sc. Hons. Home Economics (Major: Food & Nutrition)
- BS / B.Sc. Hons. Human Nutrition & Dietetics
- BS / B.Sc. Hons. Food Science & Technology
- MBBS
- No 3rd division in entire academic career
- 16 years of formal education with at least 2.5 CGPA.
Candidate must pass any one of following:
- Major Subject Test by Clinical Nutrition Department
- Interview by Admission Committee
Note:
- Result awaiting students can apply but submission of complete official transcript at the time of interview will be mandatory.
- CGPA in the last degree will be counted as past academic achievements.
- Candidates who fail in the Departmental Test will be ineligible to appear for the interview.
- Candidates with minimum CGPA 2.50* or 2nd division in 4 years BBA /BS Management/BPA/B.Com or equivalent business studies or Commerce degree from HEC recognized institutions.
- Candidates may also be admitted into MBA program with a minimum CGPA 2.50* or 2nd division in 4 years of equivalent in non-business discipline from HEC recognized university/college. Candidates are required to complete additional 33 credits (11 courses) of undergraduate course work to complete degree.
*Lower CGPA students can be admitted if the performance in NIU MBA Entry test or Panel Interview is exceptional.
16 years of education with a major in Economics and other related fields. Classes will only be held on Weekend.
