The Department of Food Science and Technology conducted an industry visit to Sabroso, a leading meat and poultry processing industry in Pakistan. Led by Dr. Saima Naz, HOD, and Mr. Fakhar Islam. The team had a productive meeting with Mr. Khalid Javed, Senior Quality Assurance Manager, and Mr. Sultan Ahmad Din, GM Plant and Supply Chain, discussing potential collaborations and strengthening linkages. The visit aimed to establish Industrial Advisory Boards (IABs) and explore opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaborative research, and innovation.
