The Postgraduate Program in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics crosses borders and disciplines. It encompasses understanding of supportive nutritional treatments for modern day ailments while developing skills in preventive medicine. The program represents confluence of new and emerging trends in healthcare at several levels and takes into account recent discoveries in human biochemistry and nutritional medicine. The program encourages students to think critically, communicate effectively and analyze scientific research in the field of nutrition.

It is a full time two 2 years professional program of minimum 30 credit hours comprising of 04 consecutive semesters.

BS/BSc. Hons. Nutritional Sciences, BS/BSc. Hons. Home Economics (Major: Food & Nutrition), BS/BSc. Hons. Human Nutrition & Dietetics, BS/BSc. Hons. Food Science & Technology, MBBS, Graduation in Medical Sciences such as MBBS/BDS, HEC approved degrees; BHMS, BEMS, BS/BSc. (Hons) Nursing (4 years degree program after FSc Pre-Medical), MPhil Developmental Biology, MS/MPhil Biological Sciences, BS (Hons) Biochemistry, BS (Hons) Biotechnology, BS (Hons) Physiology, Doctor of Pharmacy. No 3rd division in entire academic career, CGPA 2.00/4.00, Minimum 50% marks from GAT Subject or 60% marks in departmental test followed by an Interview by Admission Committee.

Yes, you can apply before announcement of your last degree result. Your admissions status would be provisional till submission of your final result.
